Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and email your confirmation. If we can’t make something you ordered, whether a mistake in our listing or a material we can no longer get, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We stitch exactly the characters you enter, in the thread and lettering you select. Spelling, capitalization and spacing are your call and your responsibility. Please read your order confirmation carefully.

Our code of conduct sets out what we will and won’t stitch in full. In short, we won’t produce embroidery that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that is hateful, harassing, or obscene. If we decline an order on those grounds we’ll refund it in full.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but never after you’ve placed an order. If a price is listed wrongly because of an obvious error, we’ll contact you before making anything.

Ship estimates are honest estimates, not guarantees. Monogrammed orders and preorders occasionally run long. If yours is going to be significantly late we’ll email you and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling.

Unworn, untagged pieces can be returned within 30 days. Monogrammed pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind. Faulty or incorrect pieces always can. The full policy lives on the shipping and returns page and forms part of these terms.

The Rebrand name, designs, photographs and site content belong to us. The embroidery on your piece is yours to wear, wash, gift and resell, just not to reproduce commercially.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
